1. Who we are

Dream NEET Academy ("DNA", "we", "us") operates the website dreamneetacademy.com and runs a coaching and tuition institute at Ring Road, Arqum Town, Above Rays Supermarket, Sadashivnagar, Tumkur, Karnataka 572105.

For anything relating to your personal information — a question, a correction, or a request to delete your enquiry — contact us on +91 81230 80202 (phone or WhatsApp). We treat these requests seriously and will respond within a reasonable time.

2. What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect only what you provide in the form:

• Student's name, gender and current class
• A contact mobile number, and who that number belongs to (parent, guardian or the student)
• An alternate contact number and its relation to the student, if you choose to give one
• State and district
• Whether hostel accommodation is required
• Any additional message you write

When you submit the admission form, we additionally collect what you provide in it:

• Student's date of birth, nationality, blood group, category under the central (NEET) list and under the Karnataka (KEA) list, and whether the student is a person with disability — used for our admission records and, later, to guide you on NEET counselling and scholarships
• Mother tongue, minority community and annual family income range, only if you choose to give them (the NEET application asks for the same, and they help us guide you on quotas and scholarships)
• Aadhaar number, only if you choose to give it
• Parents' names, occupations, education and mobile numbers, and an optional local guardian's contact
• Home address, district, state and PIN code
• School or college, board, medium of study, marks and register numbers for SSLC (Class 10) and PUC (Class 12), and the years and scores of any earlier NEET attempts
• Uploaded documents: marks cards and, if you choose, NEET scorecards, a recent report card and a passport-size photo of the student
• Programme and stay choice (day scholar, day boarding or hostel), and any health note you choose to share so that we can take proper care of the student

We do not collect payment information through this website. Admission documents are collected only through the admission form, only when you submit it, and are used only for admission and student records.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry about admission. That includes calling you back, sending you the fee structure, answering your questions and arranging a campus visit.

Phone, SMS and WhatsApp messages. We may contact you on the number you provide by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp to respond to your enquiry. Where you have agreed to receive them, we may also send you admission updates and information about our programmes by WhatsApp. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or by calling +91 81230 80202, and we will stop sending you such messages. WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below.

4. How your information is stored

Enquiries and admission forms submitted through the website are recorded in a private spreadsheet, and uploaded admission documents are stored in a private Google Drive folder — both accessible only to authorised staff of Dream NEET Academy. These services are provided by Google. The website itself is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and served over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as they are needed to respond to you and, if you join DNA, for the duration of your association with us and any period required by law. If you would like your enquiry record deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Consent, and information about children

We collect information only when you actively submit the enquiry form and tick the consent box. Because our students include children, enquiries should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and the contact number provided should be the parent's or guardian's.

7. Your rights

You may, at any time, ask us to:

• Tell you what information about you we hold
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your enquiry record
• Stop contacting you

8. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you for advertising purposes.

We may use Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful — for example, whether our free NEET tools are actually being used. Where we do:

• Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set unless you agree. You will be asked with a clear Accept or Decline choice the first time you visit.
• If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all, and the site works exactly as before.
• Your choice is remembered in your own browser. Clearing your browser data will cause us to ask again.
• Where analytics is enabled, IP addresses are anonymised.
• We use it only to see aggregate page usage. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with enquiry form data.

Some pages store small amounts of information in your browser to make a tool work — for example, the syllabus tracker remembers which chapters you have ticked, and the admission form keeps a draft of the details you have typed (never the uploaded documents) so that a refresh does not lose your work; that draft is removed when you submit or choose "Start fresh". That information stays on your own device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time using the reset button on that page or by clearing your browser data.

9. Links to other websites

Some pages link to external services such as Google Maps or WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
